HOUSTON, Texas — A driver was arrested for reckless driving after being caught traveling at speeds exceeding 118 mph in a 60 mph zone on the Katy Freeway, according to police.
The incident occurred on January 5, 2025, according to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
