January’s dining destination is located throughout Southwest Florida, growing rapidly, and now just up the road from Marco Island on Collier Boulevard.
What First Watch brings to the table is creative breakfast and lunch dishes, often with a seasonal and/or healthy slant. On that note, some dishes may not always be available as we visited the restaurant twice in December for this review.
