The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts (BOPA) has announced the step-off time for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade. On Monday, Jan. 20, the parade will begin at noon. The event will begin at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and N. Eutaw Street and disband at Baltimore Street.
