Tanner Health is calling on residents of Carroll, Haralson, Heard, Cleburne and Randolph counties to make their voices heard by participating in the 2025 Community Health Needs Survey. This survey helps shape the future of health care by addressing the health needs of west Georgia and east Alabama.
