KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director David Rausch attempted to clarify claims he made regarding the presence of a Venezuelan gang in the state in a letter sent to a Nashville representative.
During a budget meeting with the governor in November, Rausch claimed the “Tren de Aragua”(TDA) gang is operating “in every major city in our state.”
