ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (WOOD) — A man and a woman from Stevensville have been charged in an armed robbery that happened last month at a truck stop near Niles, deputies say.
Todd Forker, 30, and Gina Stevens, 50, were arraigned Thursday, according to the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office.
The armed robbery happened Dec. 21 at JD’s Truck Stop on Mayflower Road near US-31, deputies said. They said a masked man — who was armed with a pistol that could be seen in his coat pocket — demanded money from an employee, then fled the scene.
