ELKTON — A man caught with a gun, cocaine and heroin mixed with fentanyl when investigators raided his Elkton residence in July is facing up to 40 years in prison after accepting a plea deal, according to Cecil County Circuit Court records.
The defendant — Michael Anthony Potter, 61 — pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled and dangerous substance with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm while possessing an illegal drug during a courtroom hearing on Wednesday, court records show.
