EUREKA (25News Now) – A Eureka college administrator said more incoming freshmen are struggling to read at a college level, so the college is hiring a reading specialist to address the glaring need.
Ann Fulop, provost and vice president of academic affairs, said it’s a problem among students nationwide, but a new issue at the private school.
