Civil rights atty. Carlos Moore suspended from practicing law in Mississippi for one year

GRENADA, Miss. (WMC) – The Supreme Court of Mississippi Bar Complaint Tribunal has suspended prominent civil rights attorney Carlos E. Moore.

In the final judgement filed Dec. 31, 2024, the Bar suspended Moore from practicing in the Magnolia State for one year.

He must notify each of his clients that he can no longer handle their cases and also reimburse the Mississippi Bar $599.30 in court expenses…
