SCOTTSDALE — Months without substantial rain or snow, high winds and dead brush blanketing the desert floor are all creating potentially risky situations for fires in the state.
On Thursday, the Scottsdale Fire Department quickly stopped a brush fire in the Sereno Canyon Community.
