BRENTWOOD, Calif. – Brentwood police have arrested a man who allegedly burglarized a newly-built elementary on two separate occasions.
Brian Thomas of Oakley is accused of burglarizing Isaac Montanez Elementary School on Oct. 7 and Nov. 18 last year in the early hours of the day when the school was closed.
The 46-year-old was arrested Tuesday by the Antioch Police Department when he was pulled over during a traffic stop.…
