A high-ranking Newfields executive who was recently terminated has submitted an accusation of discrimination against the art and nature campus with a federal agency.
Ernest Gause — who served as chief people, diversity and technology officer until earlier this week — said he has endured retaliation for highlighting institutional malfeasances as well as race- and age-based discrimination.
