EAST FISHKILL, NY — The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force has apprehended a second suspect in connection with a significant narcotics and firearms investigation in East Fishkill.
Michael S. Birney, 32, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on January 5, 2025, after agents received community intelligence placing him near Hooker Avenue and South Hamilton Street. Authorities located and arrested Birney without incident.
Birney had been sought by law enforcement since December 20, 2024, when agents executed a search warrant at a Robinson Lane property in East Fishkill.
