Man Charged With Murder For 2 Overdose Deaths In Gibsonton

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man in connection with the overdose deaths of two individuals in Gibsonton last year, charging him with murder.

On July 6, 2024, deputies discovered William Jackson, 41, and Amanda Stephens, 36, deceased inside their residence near the 800 block of Richmond Street. Both deaths were initially suspected to be the result of drug overdoses.

After a months-long investigation, detectives identified Ramero Randolph, 36, as the source of the drugs that caused the fatal overdoses…
