A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until noon Friday for much of southeast and east central Oklahoma and all of western Arkansas.

The National Weather Service in Tulsa says a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the same time across the remainder of the area.
NWS says 3 to 8 inches of snow are possible with locally higher amounts of up to 10 inches in the terrain areas…
