A large retail center in Lake Oswego was recently sold for $44 million to an undisclosed Canadian advisory group.
The real estate firm CBRE stated in a press release that it had facilitated the sale of Oswego Village, a 102,986-square-foot retail center located at 11 S. State St. which is home to Whole Foods 365, Next Level Burger, Willamette Valley Vineyards, Ace Hardware and others. CBRE declined to name the buyer.
