WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a woman was arrested after attempting to carjack a man at knifepoint in Northwest D.C. on Feb. 17, 2024.
Police said that around 10 a.m., the man was sitting in a running vehicle in the 100 block of Kennedy Street outside CVS when the woman got into the car, pulled out a steak knife, and told him to get out of the car.
