BETHEL — A local developer who plans to transform a 2.5-acre lot on a residential street in Bethel into a four-building complex of 26 apartments said he looks forward to a public hearing about the project later this month.
“I think it will meet the demand that is out there, and it will be a great opportunity for the town,” said Anthony Diorio, whose company, TD and Sons, owns the property in question on Taylor Avenue.
