ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) – Two students were among four people who suffered minor injuries following a crash involving a school bus and two cars this morning.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. as the Escambia County school bus driven by a 71 year-old Pensacola man was stopped to pick up a student, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the bus was stopped in the southbound lane of County Road 95A just north of U.S. Highway 29 when the driver of a Buick Verano failed to stop for a second Buick Verano which had stopped for the school bus. The collision pushed the second car into the bus.
