PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) – Representatives with the Kentucky Transportation Department say their crews have been working nonstop all week, working to stay on top of the snow and ice that started sweeping the region Sunday.
Dist. 12 Public Information Officer Shantana Woodward said the district’s workers have been seeing a variety of impacted roadways- from the worst areas in Lawrence and Magoffin Counties, to the highest points of Pike and Letcher Counties.
