Novato police officials arrested a man suspected of sexually assaulting a child, officials said Thursday.
On Thursday, detectives arrested a Novato resident, 38-year-old Oseas Hernandez Cotuc, after speaking to the victim, who is now 12 years old but was several years younger when the alleged assaults occurred, officials said.
