Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce honors businesses and community leaders at annual event

The Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual State of the Valley presentation on Jan. 9 to honor both new and outgoing elected officials as well as issue awards for business of the year, nonprofit of the year and the inaugural community legacy award.

The event was held at the Sebastiani Theater, and was one of the first opportunities for newly sworn-in Sonoma Mayor Patricia Farrar-Rivas and Sonoma County’s District One Supervisor Rebecca Hermosillo to address the community and speak about their plans for the upcoming year.
