(WKBN) — The Ohio Division of Wildlife announced Friday that a northwestern Ohio woman has broken a 29-year record for white crappie.
Teresa Croy from Ottawa, Ohio just barely broke the record by one-hundredth of a pound with her Nov. 2 catch, according to a Facebook post by the Division of Wildlife.
The previous Ohio record for white crappie was set in 1995 by Kyle Rock of Zanesville. The fish weighed in at 3.90 pounds and was 18.5 inches long…
