A police chase that started in Massachusetts led to a crash on Interstate 95 near the Providence-Cranston line on Friday afternoon, officials said.
Providence Police Department spokeswoman Lindsay Lague said that the car was being pursued by the Massachusetts State Police in connection with an armed robbery that took place in Harvard, Massachusetts yesterday.
The four individuals in the car fled from the crash on foot, and were “swiftly apprehended by Providence Police,” Lague said…
