DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Several crews are on scene of a multi-vehicle crash involving an off-road tractor-trailer on PA283, according to PennDOT.
The crash was reported around 6:30p.m. at mile mark 6 of PA283 west. Officials report that a tractor-trailer went off road into the woods.
