Jeep clubs in Louisville help people get to medical appointments, work during winter storm

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – As snow continued to fall across WAVE Country on Friday, Jeep clubs in Louisville spent the day out on the streets helping people get to work or to medical appointments.

WAVE News met up with Tony Cook as he was about to take a woman to her dialysis appointment. Cook and other members of the Rough Cut and Stir Crazy Jeep Clubs have spent the week helping nurses get to work and getting people’s cars out of the snow and ice.

“We’ve helped about 150 people get to where they need to go since Sunday’s storm,” Cook said…
