ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — After nearly a week of poor road conditions along Olive Boulevard, businesses and their customers were glad to see some improvements after a slippery start on Friday morning.
Isabelle Leguet, the manager of La Bonne Bouchee in Creve Couer, said business had been poor throughout the week. Starting Monday morning, Olive had been partly covered as MoDOT crews struggled to keep up with record-breaking snow and sleet.
