CT man charged with manslaughter in fatal shooting during Bristol road rage incident

A Plymouth man has been arrested on a manslaughter charge in connection with a road rage incident in Bristol last April that turned into a deadly shooting.

Thomas Falco, 58, was arrested Monday on one count of first-degree manslaughter with a firearm in connection with the death of 49-year-old Christopher Eble, according to the Bristol Police Department .

The warrant affidavit supporting Falco’s arrest said investigators found several inconsistencies between the version of events he gave detectives and what video of the incident showed, including the accusation that Eble was about a foot or two away from Falco’s driver side door when he fired at him.
