A Maiden man will serve 20 to 29 years in prison following his conviction for sexual assault offenses involving a minor.
46-year-old Timothy Joe Parlier, Jr. was sentenced to serve the active term of incarceration following a plea to two counts of statutory rape of a child 15-years-old or younger during Catawba County Superior Court on Thursday (January 9).
The Honorable Karen Eady-Williams, Superior Court Judge from Mecklenburg County, imposed terms of the active sentence after Parlier entered the guilty plea.
