WASHINGTON (7News) — A sunny end to the weekend as temperatures climb closer to average in the low 40s on Sunday. Winds are light and the wind chill will not be a concern for today.
Monday morning will start below freezing in the 20s across the DMV. The afternoon will then bring near-average temperatures at 45 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
