SPRINGFIELD, Ohio ( WDTN ) — A 55-year-old Springfield man was charged with his eighth OVI Saturday.
Eric R . Allen, 55, was arrested by Ohio State Highway Patrol on Jan. 11 at approximately 10 p.m. after a trooper stopped him for failing to use his signal and operating without a valid driver’s license.
