Arizona Faces Hard Freeze: Sub-Freezing Temps and Frost Risk Persist Through Sunday

Daily Detroit News (Phoenix, AZ) – For portions of central and southern Arizona, a Freeze Warning will remain in effect until Sunday morning. Temperatures are expected to plummet into the low 30s to the mid-20s during this time period.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), a warning has been issued for the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Globe, and Apache Junction.
