Police Request Assistance in Locating Two Women for Investigation

Bewark, NJ* – Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. is asking for the public’s assistance in finding two women wanted for questioning in connection with an aggravated assault that occurred on Monday.

Tina Riggsbee, 36, and Christina Lalin, 35, are sought for questioning relating to the incident. Police responded to reported gunfire at Clinton Avenue and South 16th Street at approximately 12:36 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a .45 caliber shell casing at the scene.

Surveillance footage captured an unidentified suspect discharging a firearm toward the 900 block of South 16th Street before fleeing in a red sedan.
