A seasoned veteran of the Philadelphia metropolitan area’s dining scene is striding confidently into 2025. Nudy’s Cafe is continuing its 46 year history of serving great food in a welcoming environment with a new Glen Mills location and plans for two more restaurants later this year, reports The Philadelphia Business Journal.
First up for the hospitality institution is a new home at 31 West Baltimore Pike. Nudy’s will be moving into the space vacated by Bryn Mawr Trust bank; the chain often repurposes bank buildings, turning the drive-thrus into patio areas.
Nudy’s Cafe owner, Ray Nudy, tells What Now Philadelphia that the location is ideal for the eatery-which will also be able to offer the neighborhood something distinctive and necessary. He explains: “There’s a lot of nice developments going up around there…we can get the square footage and plenty of parking.” He adds “Glen Mills has a need for it. We’ll be able to be a good part of the community.”…
