SANDUSKY — A group of community members gathered early Monday evening for an organized peaceful march through Sandusky.
Their goal was to bring awareness to an alleged instance of excessive force that was used during the arrest of city resident Scotty B. Scott, 28, on Dec. 19 by Sandusky police officers.
