INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – A man is charged in connection with a shooting that sent an Independence teenager to the hospital over the weekend.
Darrel M. Maggard, 18, is charged with:
- Domestic Assault
- Armed Criminal Action
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child causing serious injury
A probable cause statement shows Independence police responded to an apartment around 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 11.
