A New Hampshire man is facing charges after police say he was caught driving more than 50 mph over the speed limit early Tuesday morning.
Daniel Demers, 55, of Pelham, is slated to be arraigned in Salem District Court later this month on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence, and reckless operation, according to the Pelham Police Department.
