St. Paul police arrested a person late Monday for allegedly firing a gun at an officer.
According to a press release from the St. Paul Police Department, an officer attempted to make a traffic stop around 11 p.m. near Central Avenue and Chatsworth Street. The driver of the car fled.
Another officer located the car driving about a mile away and followed it for several blocks. Police say the driver shot at the officer while driving west on St. Anthony Avenue. The officer reported seeing the back window of the person’s vehicle shatter…
