MAPLETON, N.D. — Construction is to begin this spring on a 24-unit upscale condominium/commercial space development in Mapleton.
That’s according to Katherine Kiernan, owner of Aspire Realty and a partner in the project along with others, including Renee and Justin Forde, who a few years ago purchased land for the project near the Maple River Golf Club.
