LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — The sound of church bells outside St. Eulalia’s Parish in Roaring Brook Township signals the start of a chilly Tuesday afternoon as volunteers work to restock the shelves of St. Francis of Assisi Free Clothing trailer.
“This community here in North Pocono is not only helping us distribute food and distribute clothing, but they’re helping us to collect clothing,” said Rob Williams.
