Falls Police rescue man who jumped on train; it was a slow and careful life-saving operation

When Falls police officers find themselves at the New Jersey Transit rail yard it’s usually for reports of trespassers, suspicious vehicles, and criminal mischief.

But the call officers responded to the morning of Jan. 13 was a first for the department.
