Odessa “Laura Jean” Farrer Jordan, 78, of Davidson, N.C., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center.
A beautiful shining star filled with kindness and love entered this world on August 21, 1946, at Lowrance Hospital in Mooresville, N.C. Laura Jean Jordan received her education at Torrence Lytle High School in Huntersville, N.C. She attended Business Administration classes with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and with the Minority Small Business Administration in Business Administration.
She married the love of her life, Frank Jordan, on October 24, 1968. Frank first saw Laura Jean Farrer when she was standing on the sidewalk during the Mooresville Christmas Parade.
