‘We are preserving the legacy’: EnterTRAINment Junction train layout officially sold

WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – EnterTRAINment Junction’s main train display has officially been sold and is headed to Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The display, which closed on January 5, was purchased by Firecrown, a company planning to feature it in a new transportation museum expected to open by 2026. Don Oeters, the owner of EnterTRAINment Junction, said that he has mixed emotions about the sale.

“It’s sad,” Oeters said. “It’s also something that I’m relieved that all of it’s going to be saved and be appreciated and viewed for years to come.”…
