HOUSTON, Texas — Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an attempted burglary at a U-Haul facility on January 10, 2025. Upon arrival, they apprehended Casey Vaughn, who was caught breaking into a lock box.During a search of the area, deputies discovered Nicole Delalastra hiding in a stolen vehicle. Delalastra was found with crystal methamphetamine and had an open warrant from Montgomery County. At the jail, she was also found with two glass pipes, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office.Both suspects were taken to the Harris County Jail.
