NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A New York man was sentenced for his role in a drug trafficking organization that shipped kilograms of cocaine from Puerto Rico via the U.S. Postal Service, prosecutors announced on Tuesday.
Felix Baez Munoz, 35, was sentenced to 46 months in prison and three years of supervised release. In September 2024, Baez Munoz pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, according to the District of Massachusetts U.S. Attorney’s Office.
According to court documents, Baez Munoz was identified as a drug and money courier for a drug trafficking network or operation that trafficked kilograms of cocaine from Puerto Rico to various addresses throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island…
