SHARON, Pa. (WKBN) — A Youngstown man was charged with home-improvement fraud after an alleged incident in Sharon last year.
According to a criminal complaint, Jeremy Ruble, 46, was contracted to paint various areas of a house in the 500 block of Tamplin Street.
Reports state that Ruble started work on Sept. 27 but failed to return to complete the job…
