A Wilmington man is charged with stealing copper from North Wilmington – area businesses during November and December.
Delaware State Police said commercial air conditioning units were damaged at a variety of businesses and offices, resulting in more than $120,000 in losses due to stolen copper as well as damage. Troopers said these locations were targeted:
