There’s a chance of light snow both Saturday and Sunday, but impending low temperatures are the big weather news in Washington County, Md., and Franklin County, Pa.
The region is “looking at a pretty good cold outbreak,” according to Barry Lambert, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in State College, Pa.
