Cleveland, OH – A winter weather advisory remains in effect for portions of northeast Ohio until 4 a.m. Friday, as snow continues to fall across the region. Snow accumulations are expected to reach up to two inches in some areas, with higher totals likely in the snowbelt terrain.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), the advisory affects cities including Cleveland, Akron, and Mentor. Snow began falling early Thursday and is forecasted to continue overnight, creating slippery roads and limited visibility for drivers. Motorists are urged to use caution during their evening commutes, as road conditions may worsen as temperatures drop.
