Top music stars, including Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, and Gwen Stefani, will headline two benefit concerts to raise funds for victims of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
The FireAid concerts will be held on January 30th at the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum in Inglewood. Tickets go on sale on January 22nd.
Over 20 artists will perform at the simultaneous events, which will be broadcast live on various platforms, including Apple Music, Netflix, and YouTube.
Many of the participating artists have ties to Southern California, such as Eilish and Stefani.
The concerts are organized by Irving and Shelli Azoff in partnership with Live Nation and AEG Presents. Proceeds will be distributed to short-term relief efforts and long-term fire prevention initiatives.
The LA Clippers, who play at the Intuit Dome, will cover the event’s expenses.
The wildfires have been among the most destructive in California history.
The concerts will take place before the Grammy Awards, which will focus on fundraising and supporting first responders.
The Recording Academy and MusiCares have already raised over $2 million in emergency aid for musicians affected by the wildfires.
